We have released a new booklet titled ‘Your Safety is Important’ to assist clients with what to do and who to go to if they need help to feel safe.
Client safety is paramount to all of us here at Minda, and the easy-read booklet is an initiative of our Quality and Safeguarding Team.
Acting Senior Manager, Clinical and Service Quality, Amanda Tate, says the easy-read booklet allows clients to understand the process of who they can talk to if they do not feel safe.
“Having the document in easy read format allows people to understand the information and empowers them to take action to feel safe,” Amanda says.
