We aim to inspire, uncover potential and create greater communities.
Minda is the largest not-for-profit intellectual disability service provider and employer in SA, providing home and living services, housing, children’s services, short term respite accommodation, supported employment, day programs and community support, and allied health therapy.

To be a leading force for good in South Australia for people with intellectual disability by providing advocacy, support and services which enable them to live their best lives.
Our Objectives

We want more people with intellectual disability to live independently in a place of their choice, have stronger friendships and relationships, and be better connected to their communities.
We want our staff and services to add value to the lives of people with intellectual disability in the support they provide.
Our Values
- RESPECT: We respect the rights of people with intellectual disability.
- HEART: We show care and love in everything that we do.
- OPPORTUNITY: We focus on what people can do rather than what they cannot do.
- COMMUNITY: We understand that community is important to people’s lives. We want to make the community more inclusive where everyone is valued.
