In late December last year, former Supported Employee Tom marked the end of a significant chapter in his career, bidding farewell to his much-appreciated role at Envirocare after years of dedication and hard work.
After four memorable years at Envirocare, Tom has taken an exciting step into open employment. Reflecting on his time at Envirocare, Tom said he “enjoyed every moment.”
"I enjoyed every moment of it, whether it was helping with events, doing interesting day-to-day jobs, or working with others. Envirocare is a fantastic and engaging environment," Tom said.
As he commences his new journey into open employment, he expressed his excitement about doing familiar tasks in a new work environment. “It will be an exciting opportunity,” he said.
Envirocare Manager Ivan Dargie spoke with pride about Tom’s contributions. “I am deeply proud of Tom and everything that he achieved. He is greatly missed by everyone.”
“It will be hard to fill his shoes, but he’s commencing a new chapter in his life, and we all know that he is going to do great things.”
Tom’s dedication and hard work has left a lasting impression on everyone he worked with during his several years at Envirocare.
“He is a bright and hard-working young man, and while we are sad to see him go, he is going to thrive in open employment,” Ivan said.
As Tom moves forward in his career, his time at Envirocare will always be remembered, and everyone wishes him the best in his new opportunities.
