As part of Minda’s strategy, a new Client Support Unit (CSU) has been established to improve client service delivery and experience. To make it easier for you, all client services have moved to LSP1 on the Brighton site, with a new main reception, a direct phone number and a dedicated customer service team that will be able to answer your questions quicker.
The CSU has combined expertise and consists of the Intake & Engagement team, the Billing team, NDIS/DSOA experts and SIL Finance Business Partners.
The creation of the CSU means:
- You’ll have more choice and control over what services you want or need
- They will ensure your funding is used for services you need to achieve your goals.
- They can help you better understand NDIS/DSOA and how funding works; with a dedicated team that can explain better and guide you through the process.
- You’ll get clear and better reporting of actual SIL services provided against funding.
