Minda has a Minda Consultative Council (MCC) which assists the Minda Inc Board and Management team by providing advice and feedback with co-designing future service offerings and development of existing services from the perspective of a clients’ family or support network. This adds to the perspective provided directly by Minda clients through their consultative mechansims such as the Minda Soldiers.
Members of the MCC draw on their own lived experience as a carer of someone living with an intellectual disability and their broader engagement with others in the same situation.
We are keen to ensure this body reflects the diveristy of clients Minda supports and we are therefore looking to increase MCC membership numbers.
