The Minda Allied Health and Aquatic Centre is about to commence an exciting new chapter, with the redevelopment in its final stages.
One of the friendly faces set to play a key role in the function of the new facility is Administration Officer Ashlee Clifford, who possesses great people skills and a bubbly personality.
Ashlee is excited to be a warm presence at the reception, which will often be the first interaction people will have when they enter the building.
“Having a friendly and knowledgeable face at the reception is incredibly important. I have this great opportunity to build important relationships with the people we support,” Ashlee said.
“Providing someone with a positive greeting can make all the difference. Whether it is someone who has used our services for years, or is attending for the first time, I want to make a lasting impact.
“I want people to know that I am here to answer any questions they may have when they attend their appointments.”
Over the past couple of months, there has been plenty of excitement across the Allied Health team, as well as wider the Brighton neighbourhood.
Fitted with a new purpose-built gym, fresh consulting rooms and collaborative working space, and other hydrotherapy upgrades, the new facility will offer quality services to clients and other users.
“People who haven’t seen the new facility will be blown away by the changes. The upgrade has given the building new life, and the team are keen to hit the ground running,” Ashlee said.
“We encourage everyone to come and visit the facility to see the services that we provide. Some may be unaware that they have this great facility on their doorstep.”
Ashlee explained the future is bright for the Minda Allied Health and Aquatic Centre, which aims to improve the health and quality of life of those who access its various services.
