Kym Shreeve has been appointed as Minda’s Chief Executive Officer, after having acted in the role since September last year.
Minda Board Chair Joanne Denley made the announcement late last week, applauding Kym’s clear focus on listening to clients, their families and staff.
“I would also like to acknowledge the outstanding leadership Kym has shown in navigating the uncharted waters of COVID-19 and in getting ‘hands-on’ with the Executive and Senior Leadership team during lockdown,” Joanne says.
Kym says the Minda community is an amazing one and she feels privileged to lead the organisation as CEO, particularly as everyone works together to reconnect with heart.
“My clear focus is on delivering great outcomes and experiences for our clients, their families and our staff, with our clients at the heart of everything we do here at Minda,” she says.
“The voice of our people – our clients, their families and our staff – is the most important thing we have to shape and guide our organisation.”
Kym says her focus will be on creating an even better Minda, together.
“The only way we truly can be the difference in the lives of our clients is by reconnecting with heart and by making a commitment to live our values – heart, opportunity, respect, community and empathy, every day in every way,” she says.
