Over the holiday period the majority of Minda’s services will operate as normal, whilst others will take a short break between Christmas and New Year.
Below is an overview of the operating hours of each of Minda’s services and businesses. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us on 1800 164 632.

| Children’s Services | Support as usual. |
| Client Support Unit and Reception | Support as usual (with reduced staffing). |
| Community Supports | Running as usual, inclusive of public holidays for Mentoring and ISS clients who have expressed interest. |
| Corporate Offices | Closed from 5:00pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2024. Re-opening on Monday, 6 January 2025. |
| Facility Services | Envirocare, Cleaning Services and Catering Services will be open (except public holidays) with reduced staffing. |
| Home and Living Support | Support as usual. Holiday Programs available to Home and Living clients who have pre-registered interest. |
| INC Cafe | Closed from Monday, 23 December 2024. Re-opening on Monday, 6 January 2025. |
| Infrastructure | Closed from 12:00pm (noon) on Friday, 20 December 2024. Re-opening on Monday, 6 January 2025. During this period, after-hours processes will apply and contractors will be available for emergencies only. |
| Minda Allied Health | Closed from 5:00pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2024. Re-opening on Monday, 6 January 2025. |
| Minda Aquatic Centre | Closed from Friday, 20 December 2024. During the closure, planned maintenance will occur. The date the Aquatic Centre will be re-opened is subject to those works. Please refer to the Minda website for the reopen date. |
| Minda Housing | Closed from 5:00pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2024. Re-opening on Monday, 6 January 2025. |
