Minda employs around 400 supported employees at various locations around Adelaide and prides itself on being able to supply efficient and professional service delivered by experienced employees working in a safe and quality-controlled environment.
Benefits of Supported Employment include, support from trained and experienced staff, development of a work plan (which lists work goals and training needs), and the opportunity to learn skills to increase your employment options.
Employment is available to people with a disability who are:
- Seeking employment
- Over 16 years of age
- Eligible for the Disability Support Pension
- Able to work at least 8 hours per week
